This new .50 cal revolver from Umarex expands the range of handguns that can also be used for paintball purposes.

As a regular F-gun, like any paintball marker, it is freely available for purchase by anyone over 18 years of age (please refer to the marker leaflet for details on legal requirements).

A 12g CO2 capsule and impact valve fire the six .50 cal shots from the approximately 5" barrel.

0.50 cal paintballs can be used, as can rubber balls and pepper balls for training and defense (home defense).

The CO2 locking mechanism is particularly interesting: the capsule is inserted and screwed shut, and is only pierced when opened, allowing the revolver to be pressurized in one second and ready to fire.
