Order a voucher and pass on the code you receive from us, give it as a gift or use it yourself.

What do you get?

• Once payment has been received, we will send you an email with the gift voucher as a PDF attachment.
• The voucher will have the design you have chosen. Take a look at the design preview we offer.
• If you have a customer account with us, you can view your vouchers and their transactions there.

Voucher features

• The voucher amount can be freely selected within the specified range.
• We will automatically send the voucher code by email after successful payment. (Exception: 'Preferred delivery')
• The voucher can be redeemed in the shopping basket during the ordering process.
• During the ordering process, the voucher balance is always used up first before one of our payment methods is offered.
• Partial redemptions are no problem; the current remaining balance of the voucher can be viewed in the customer account.
• In the event of a cancellation, we will refund the amount used back to the voucher.

Preferred delivery

• On request, we can also take care of delivery to the recipient.
• The voucher PDF can be sent with a greeting text and ordered for a date in the future.
• This means that the voucher PDF will not be delivered immediately, but only on the specified date.
• The recipient and desired delivery date can be selected independently of each other.
